MET GALA 2026: Fashion is Art

First Monday in May is the MET GALA, a high-end annual fund raising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art`s Costume Institute held in New York City. The Exclusive event is attended by a curated guest list of around 450 people which consists of A-List celebrities, Fashion Designers, musicians, Actors, Sports figures and Industry leaders from around the world and yes including South Africa.
